Terms & Conditions

I aim to have pieces shown on my website in stock at all times, the only exception being when things are made to order such as personalised items, but these would be made immediately. Bespoke pieces can be ordered by contacting me by e-mail. If for any reason an item becomes unavailable I will contact you to discuss alternatives or to let you know of the delivery date.

Because the majority of my jewellery weighs less than 7.8g they are not hallmarked as standard. If you would like your jewellery hallmarked I can do this for a charge of £7. Please note this will add an extra 7-10 days to you order. Please request this service on checkout.

Postage & packaging is included in the price and all orders will be despatched by first class post. Orders will be shipped in the UK within 6 working days of an authorised order. Once the goods are in possession of Royal Mail I cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays.

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please return the items unworn, in their original packaging with proof of purchase and ensure it is sent recorded delivery.

Please note I do not refund postage charges on returned items and cannot be responsible for loss in transit.

Please note for reasons of health and hygiene earrings cannot be returned unless faulty and I cannot accept returns of bespoke, personalised items.

All of my jewellery is handmade and therefore items may differ slightly and all of my measurements are approximate ones. Although I do endeavour to ensure all images are a true representation of the finished product, there may be slight variations due to print, browser and publishing limitations.

I reserve the right to change prices due to market fluctuations.

Care and Storage for silver jewellery

The silver I use to handcraft my jewellery is sterling silver .925 and silver precious metal clay .999 (fine silver). All silver products tarnish over time for various reasons, humid weather will increase the chances of pieces tarnishing/darkening but it can also be caused by reactions to perfumes, hairspray, soaps, deodorants, chlorine, alcohol and cleaning products. Wearing silver jewellery while exercising can cause it to tarnish quicker by coming into contact with perspiration.

Any air tight container is preferable to store silver in, or store in an airtight bag in your jewellery box to minimise chances of tarnishing.
